Shipping

All jewellery is handmade with care, which means production and shipping times can vary:

  • One of a Kind Items: Dispatched within 2-5 business days.

  • Made to Order: Please allow 6-8 weeks for your piece to be created before shipping. You’ll receive updates throughout the process.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking provided once dispatched.

  • Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery is 2-7 business days after dispatch.

  • International Orders: Currently we are only shipping within Australia.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal services, but we’ll do our best to help if issues arise.

Returns & Exchanges

Each piece is crafted by hand, making every item unique. Because of the custom nature of our jewellery, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at lgtdesignn@gmail.com with clear photos and order details. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Please Note:

  • Slight variations in handmade items are normal and part of their charm.

  • We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed faulty.
