Frequently Asked Questions
-
Are all pieces handmade?
Yes! Every design starts in my studio where I hand-carve, shape, and prepare the wax models. I outsource the casting stage to a specialist Australian company that uses recycled precious metals, this ensures the highest quality and sustainability. Once the raw casting is back in my hands, I finish, set, polish, and detail each piece myself, so every ring still has that handcrafted LGT touch.

What’s the difference between “One of a Kind” and “Made to Order"?
One of a Kind pieces are exactly that - unique designs that are ready to ship right away. Made to Order means you’re choosing a design from my collection, and I’ll make it especially for you in your chosen size and metal.
-
What materials do you use?
I work with recycled precious metals, crafting in solid sterling silver or solid gold to ensure both sustainability and longevity in every piece. All gemstones are responsibly sourced, and I largely work with lab-grown stones. They offer the same beauty and durability as mined gems, while keeping prices more affordable and the process more ethical.
-
Do you make custom jewellery? How does the process work?
Yes! I love bringing custom ideas to life! The process starts by filling out the custom form on this website and then we’ll have a chat about your vision. It can be as simple as a few inspo pictures or a story behind the piece. From there, I’ll sketch or carve in wax, we’ll refine the design together, and then I’ll craft the final piece in metal.
For more information on the custom process check out the custom designs page.

How long will it take to receive my order?
One of a Kind pieces ship the next business day. Made to Order and Custom pieces usually take 6-8 weeks depending on the complexity. If you’re on a tight timeline, just ask and I’ll always do my best.

How should I care for my jewellery?
My pieces are designed for everyday wear. Just keep in mind that like all fine jewellery, they’ll appreciate a little care (especially if you’re lifting weights, gardening, or doing anything heavy with your hands). Store your jewellery in a soft pouch or box when not wearing it, and give it a gentle clean with a polishing cloth every so often to maintain its shine.
